Illumination at Colborne Lodge
As the year's longest nights approach, visitors will gather to
explore indoor cold weather traditions from the 1800s - decorations
that remind us that summer will return, singing to warm the heart
and a live candle-lit reading of a unique genre of literature - the
Christmas ghost story.
Staff will read one of these scary stories after a short tour of the cozy Colborne Lodge. This story will evoke fears of the approaching winter's darkness and offer the hope of the light to follow.
Recommended for ages 12 and up. Youth 12 to 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Doors Open 15 minutes before the program.
No late admissions. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of the program.
